AgResearch’s Invermay campus in Mosgiel has for decades been a base for important science to support agriculture in New Zealand. Invermay scientists are not only helping
improve the way we farm through methods such as genomics, they are at the forefront of tackling  big issues like water quality and New Zealand’s impact on climate change.

In August 2017 the campus opened its door to more than 40 livestock breeders and guests to see first-hand the important work the scientists are doing for the sheep, beef, dairy and deer industries.
