Research interests & activities

I am a separation scientist with experience in a range of analytical instruments. Currently I am involved in experimental planning, sample preparation (extraction, digestion and clean up) and analysis by SDSPage, HPLC and mass spectrometry (electrospray-ion trap, electrospray-QTOF and MALDI-TOF-TOF). This includes LC-MS/MS and GeLCMS. I am also involved in analysis of the data via bioinformatic and multivariate statistical analysis.
