I am Science Team Leader of the AgResearch Proteins & Biomaterials team. My professional expertise is in gel-based and gel-free qualitative and quantitative proteomics, and proteomic data handling and interpretation. The team has strong capabilities and expertise in proteomics, mass spectrometry, protein chemistry, process engineering, bio-based material prototyping and micro- and nanostructural analysis. The team’s focus is around R&D on biomolecules from agricultural sources, to support product quality, processing improvement and product innovation across the primary sector.
