I am a Science Team Leader and Senior Scientist in the Food Chemistry & Structure Team. With a PhD in organic chemistry from Uppsala University in Sweden, I love everything about chemistry, particularly if it involves Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry or metabolomics applied to agri-foods research. Due to my collaborative personality I am often asked to lead complex multi-disciplinary projects with industry involvement, including projects on sheep milk and seaweed.
