I am a senior scientist in the Food Function & Physiology team at AgResearch and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Riddet Institute, Massey University. My areas of expertise include:

- Biochemistry digestion and absorption of dietary proteins

- Microbial fermentation of nutrients along the gastrointestinal tract

- Nutritional evaluation of foods using in vivo and in vitro models of both infant and adult humans.
