I’m a senior scientist specialising in dairy science, novel foods, bioactive food development, and early-life nutrition. Using both lab-based and strategic approaches, I study how food affects health, particularly gut health. My research connects scientific discoveries to real-world applications, shaping industry R&D strategic decisions. I am committed to promoting sustainability through research that enhances food health and nutrition.
