Karl Fraser

I am a Principal Scientist focusing on Nutritional Metabolomics and Analytical Chemistry using Mass Spectrometry. I have a strong interest in complex systems and am the Platform Leader of the AgResearch Systems Biology Enabling Platform. Our laboratory focuses on quantitatively measuring mammalian and microbial metabolites and mapping onto biochemical pathways and systems level metabolism to understand mechanistically, changes in health, diet, and human and animal performance.
