Senior Research Scientist
I’m a Senior Research Scientist in the Food Physiology & Function Team. In 20+ years with AgResearch I’ve worked with academic and commercial stakeholders on programmes and projects exploring the health benefits of New Zealand foods.
More recently I’ve focused on the sustainability of how foods are produced, including working with the Ministry for Primary Industries and New Zealand Ag Emissions centre to strengthen international efforts aimed at reducing GHG emissions from agriculture.
