Paul Middlewood

I've always been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how things work. My childhood habit of taking things apart to see what’s inside naturally led me into science and engineering.

I'm based at our Lincoln campus, where my happy place is developing and testing processes for extracting actives from biomaterials and working on bioplastics.

Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying the outdoors when the weather's good or tinkering in the shed when it's not.
