I’m a biochemist by training, but for the past decade, have specialised in life cycle assessment (LCA), focusing on carbon footprinting of agricultural farm systems and products (especially in the dairy and red meat sectors). I enjoy collaborating with our industry partners helping them meet their emissions reporting goals. Currently, I’m working with our LCA team to expand the environmental impact categories in our tools, aiming to better assess trade-offs between mitigation strategies.
