I am a Senior Scientist with a BSc in Physiology and PhD in Animal Science. I lead research programmes integrating fundamental and applied science, often in partnership with industry. The influence of environmental stressors in early life on lifetime productivity is a particular focus. Target outcomes include the development of new technologies to enhance the productivity and efficiency of livestock production to generate high-value food within sustainable red meat and dairy farming systems.
