AgResearch’s Bioinformatics team has expertise in a range of areas, including genome assembly, gene expression analysis, genotyping by sequencing and metagenomics.
We specialise in next-generation sequencing technologies as it relates to non-model organisms. Our team partners with leading organisations in New Zealand and overseas, and is part of Genomics Aotearoa – an alliance between research organisations and end-users of genomics and bioinformatics.
We also offer our services on a commercial basis for external users.
