Ben Perry

I am a scientist with expertise in analysing biological sequence data such as DNA and RNA. I am involved in projects investigating rumen microbiomes, animal epigenetics, animal genetic-engineering, virus-tracking and epidemiology, and pesticide-resistance surveying. I use high-performance computing and Snakemake to engineer reproducible bioinformatic analysis pipelines that utilise open-source software.
