Bryan Thompson
Scientist
I'm a farm systems and deer farming scientist at AgResearch Invermay, where I've worked since 2004. My current focus is on behavioral phenotyping of farmed red deer, aiming to match individual personalities to landscapes to improve productivity and environmental outcomes. My research spans animal health, nutrition, behaviour, physiology, agronomy, pasture ecology, grazing management, and farm systems design.
