I am a senior pasture scientist with 40 years’ experience. I gained my Bachelor of Agriculture Science from Lincoln University, New Zealand, and completed my PhD in Wageningen, The Netherlands. I have specialised in temperate pasture grasses, with collaborative research projects in Australia, USA, Uruguay/Argentina and Europe. Over the last 30 years I have mainly worked with a multidisciplinary team to understand and commercially apply Epichloë fungal endophytes for ryegrass and tall fescue.
