Fleur Evans

Fleur has over ten years of senior leadership experience and has extensive experience leading organisational-wide culture change programmes, strategic workforce planning (including talent identification development and succession planning), organisational design, leadership coaching and development, and successfully implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Fleur has been the Director People and Culture for AgResearch since August 2019.
