I am a Principal Scientist, Science Team Leader for Food System Integrity Team based at the Hopkirk Institute, and Associate Director of the New Zealand Food Safety Centre. Our mission is to deliver new knowledge and technologies to ensure that NZ’s exports are safe, ethically produced, and produced in ways that are sustainable and attractive to consumers. Our research helps NZ to capitalise on its trusted food systems through safe food technologies and extended shelf life
