Lucy Lim

I work in the Rumen Microbiology team, advancing our understanding of microbial communities in the rumen.
My work includes microbial genome analysis through the Hungate1000 project, rumen metagenomics, and metatranscriptomics.
I also contribute to the isolation and characterization of rumen anaerobes, using culturing and co-culturing techniques to support microbial physiology research. This research aids in sustainable agriculture and greenhouse gas mitigation efforts.
