Katherine Tozer

I grew up in Australia on a sheep farm. We came to New Zealand in 2006 and have made this our home.

Research interests include:
• Vegetation options (forage shrubs, pastures mixes) for New Zealand hill country
• Pasture establishment, management and recovery from abiotic and biotic stresses
• Ecology and management of pasture weeds
• Working closely with farmers and rural professionals to co-develop research that has strong on-farm impact
• Presenting at field days and discussion groups
