Tash Forester
Senior Scientist
I am a senior scientist in the Plant Microbe Interactions team (Grasslands Campus). I joined AgResearch in 2001 as technical support for molecular plant development studies. I became interested in Epichloë fungal endophytes completing a PhD in this research area. Current research interests include understanding host-endophyte compatibility, iron homeostasis by Epichloë, and discovering the secondary metabolite potential of Epichloë endophytes using molecular genetics methodologies.
