I am a scientist in the Animal Health Solutions team at the Hopkirk Research Institute. I am currently working in the methane vaccine programme with a particular focus on antigen-antibody interactions, and characterising immunological epitopes of methanogen proteins. My research is focused on developing flow cytometry and immune-capture technology to use as tools to study gut microbes and their interactions with the host immune response.
