Science Group Manager - Smart Foods and Bioproducts
I completed a PhD in biomolecular analysis focused on protein and peptide mass spectrometry. My post-doctoral research was in proteomics and mass spectrometric imaging. In my research I've applied gel-based and gel-free qualitative and quantitative proteomics to a variety of substrates including foods and natural fibres. I am the Science Group Manager of the Smart Foods & Bioproducts group.
