Business Manager / Senior Scientist
I love to explore game changing ideas, challenge status quo thinking, explore different ways of doing things. I strive to inform and align science effort to enable NZ's primary industries to transition and transform into sustainable, resilient and commercially viable businesses. I am developing technology and tools to enable objective evaluation of carcass and meat quality in beef, lamb, pork and venison. My goal is to create sound, science-based investor ready solutions for the red meat sector.
