I arrived in Aotearoa in 1982 after completing a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick, UK. After completing my PhD in Soil Science at Lincoln University in 1986 I worked for MAF and Crop & Food Research for over 20 years investigating the sustainable use of soil and water. Since joining AgResearch in 2008 I have held many science leadership roles. I am currently on secondment in the Infrastructure Team, focused on delivering AgResearch’s new facilities at Lincoln.
