Kia ora! I'm Jay, a statistician, people leader, and long-distance runner.

I did my PhD in neuroscience at the University of Nottingham, before a postdoc at the University of California, Berkeley. I then switched to teaching neuroscience and statistics back at UoN for a few years before I migrated to Aotearoa.

In New Zealand, I was first a senior statistician working for Statistics New Zealand. Since then, I have been the Team Leader for the Statistics team at AgResearch.

Ngā mihi!
