Jess Gathercole
Scientist
I started working at Agresearch, Lincoln in Jan 2013 as a Proteomics Scientist in the Proteins and Metabolites team. I specialise in LC-MS/MS to look at proteins from a range of different substrates including milk, insects & plants. I enjoy supervising PhD students and analysing and interpreting data from my own work. My project highlights include observing differences in the digestion of milk and yoghurt from different species and investigating insects potential as a viable food source.
