Ken Dodds
Acting Science Team Leader - Statistics
I am a statistical geneticist. My PhD in statistics with a genetics minor is from North Carolina State University. I use statistical methods to help genetically improve and manage livestock and other species. I have developed and used methods to use genetic marker information including methods for genetic evaluation with fractionally assigned pedigrees and methods for using partial genotype information from low-depth sequencing data to inform plant and animal breeding, ecology, and conservation.
